1. Introduction
Welcome to Greenwood Joinery. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Greenwood Joinery specialises in bespoke joinery design, manufacturing, and installation. All services are subject to availability and a formal quotation or agreement.
3. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or deposit payment. Any variations or additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to secure the order, with further staged payments during the project timeline. Final
balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has commenced may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or further charges to cover incurred costs. As all items are bespoke, refunds are not typically offered unless goods are defective or not as described.
6. Lead Times and Delays
Estimated lead times will be provided upon order. While we aim to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Greenwood Joinery is not liable for such delays but will communicate changes promptly.
7. Site Access and Responsibilities
Clients must ensure clear, safe access to the installation site and confirm that all necessary permissions (e.g. planning or listed building consents) are in place. Greenwood Joinery is not responsible for delays or costs arising from access issues or missing permissions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and any design work provided remains the intellectual property of Greenwood Joinery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We take every care in the manufacture and installation of our joinery. However, Greenwood Joinery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
